Help! I’m stuck. How can I get support or ask questions?
There are several ways to get help with Stitchmastery:
Zendesk
Visit our Help Centre and community forum on Zendesk to search by topic. There are a huge number of articles, videos and links to other sources of information. Our community forum is somewhere you can ask for help or advice from other Stitchmastery users or promote your services, and both areas are linked into a ticket support system where we can help you by email.
Frequently Asked Questions
Visit the Frequently Asked Questions page to see if the answer to your question is there.

Video tutorials and articles about using the software
Our videos page is regularly updated with tutorials. Our Blog regularly features articles and tutorials describing different functions of Stitchmastery, from the Stitchmastery team and from guest contributors including designers and tech editors.

Individual support over email
Please send an email to us at support@stitchmastery.com or by using the contact form on the left of this page. We aim to answer within 24 hours but, at the weekends or during holiday periods, this might take a little longer.
