We’ve just launched a survey on all things Stitchmastery. We’re keen to hear from designers, tech editors and people who create charts for their own personal knitting needs. Even if you’ve specifically chosen not to use Stitchmastery before, or have only tried the demo version, we’d love to hear from you to help us understand what is important to you when designing, tech editing or charting. Towards the end there are some specific technical questions and the answers to these will directly influence some of our proposed changes for improving and developing Stitchmastery, so we’d very much appreciate you taking the time to answer these if they are relevant to you.
There’s a very special giveaway attached – if you complete the survey, you’ll have the option to join the draw for two skeins of Midwinter Yarns’ Black and Blue yarn, in a hand-dyed grey and yellow. Each skein is DK with 250m to 100g, a blend of single-flock white and black Welsh Bluefaced Leicester. The draw is open worldwide and the yarn will be posted to the lucky winner in September.
The survey is open until 12 noon GMT on Friday 25th August and should take around 15-20 minutes to complete. To take part, follow the link: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/WS7Y3MM
We are also running a survey about our Knitmastery App, and all things related to tracking progress and using technology (or not) when knitting. If you’d like to take part, you can do so here: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/3XX7K9F. The Knitmastery prize is a skein of Border Tart’s limited edition EYF17 Blue Moon Indigo yarn.
